Looking for new albums?
We've been getting lots of requests for album suggestions from DJ Icicle, so we've decided to make a page with the best albums of all genres, set for September 25. Some would be easy picks, (example: AC/DC "Back In Black" for heavy metal) so if your genre isn't there, you could probably guess what we would have said anyway. "Most writers are afraid to call a recent album classic, not me! I'm not going to give a list of albums from the '80s and '90s, but it won't be all recent, either," says the DJ himself. Each album will come with track samples, comments from DJ Ice, and comments from you! A few names have already been given to us by DJ Icicle, icluding Dr. Dre and OutKast.
Song of the week: "Stars Are Blind" - Paris Hilton. Don't get carried away, this isn't a very good show of talent. Sure, it's got a cool reggae beat, and it has a catchy hook, but the song is so ear-paining that blind people may even get offended by the song's reference. Not a good day for Paris.
